“The Chronicles”, the new collection from fashion brand ABODI Transylvania, is a stylish reinvention of Romanian folklore—featuring vampire princes, mermaid ghosts, and fairy queens.

Founded by Dora Abodi, the brand centres Transylvanian history and mythology with designs billed as not just fashion, but an art project. ABODI’s Gothic creations have been worn by artists like Lady Gaga, Willem Dafoe, and Bad Bunny (in his recent Vanity Fair cover story). Their latest collection is a series of “wearable art” pieces, modelled by Ursula Wångander. The campaign was shot by Szilveszter Makó, who was behind the recent viral photoshoots of Elle Fanning for Who What Wear and Rama Duwaji, the first lady of New York City, for The Cut.
