Grieving the loss of her husband, Alice (Souheila Yacoub) seeks comfort in her in-laws and their secluded home. But what is supposed to be a time of communal healing turns into a gory nightmare as, one by one, the family starts turning into Deadites.

Following Lee Cronin’s Evil Dead Rise (2023), this next instalment in Sam Raimi’s celebrated horror franchise will be directed by Sébastien Vaniček, whom Raimi hired after being impressed with the French filmmaker’s spider-centred creature feature, Infested.

The film will see leads Souheila Yacoub and Hunter Doohan return to the horror genre. The Swiss actress previously starred in Gaspar Noé’s psychological horror Climax, while Doohan had his breakout role with the hit Netflix series Wednesday.
