Come With Me, a psychological thriller starring Theo Rossi (Emily the Criminal) and Ron Perlman (Cape Fear), takes a harrowing look at incel ideology and radicalisation in the United States.

Directed by Aaron Harvey, known for thrillers like The Neighbor and Catch .44, Come with Me follows a working-class man, Simon (Rossi), whose life unravels in the aftermath of a traumatic home invasion, mounting problems at work, and the loss of his best friend. Dejected and vulnerable, Simon soon falls under the dangerous influence of a radio host (Perlman) and spirals into a violent attempt to correct the injustice he believes surrounds him.

“Come With Me is a film about perception and paranoia, and it couldn’t be more relevant than in our current, content-laden landscape, where what we ingest creates and molds the person we become, for good or bad,” Harvey told The Hollywood Reporter. “To see Theo Rossi portray this struggle in such an incredible and intense way was a pleasure to have created with him, and we wanted to make a genuine reflection of how damaging rhetoric can be when fed into a susceptible mind.”

Rossi and Perlman can be seen together again in next year’s The Saviors, a sci-fi thriller centred on a couple (Adam Scott and Danielle Deadwyler) whose life unravels when they rent out their garage to mysterious tenants.
