From Hokum to Obsession, this year’s SXSW featured a mouth-watering lineup of genre films. Including print-only evaluations of major chillers on the horizon, we’ve reviewed the biggest horror titles that played at the Austin-based festival, whether it be campy cult classic-in-the-making Forbidden Fruits or gory black comedy Over Your Dead Body.

Moreover, we have extended red carpet interviews with the cast and crew of Forbidden Fruits, and we sat down with Pretty Lethal director Vicky Jewson to break down her ballerina-centred action-horror spectacle with Uma Thurman.
