Bleecker Street and True Brit Entertainment have unveiled the chaotic official trailer for Victorian Psycho.

The scream queen, known for her lead roles in Longlegs and It Follows, stars as a quirky governess named Winifred Notty, who accepts a position at the lavish Gothic manor known as Ensor House. But a string of disappearances soon prompts the owners of the estate (Ruth Wilson and Jason Isaacs) to suspect something may be wrong with their new hire.

Zachary Wigon (Sanctuary) directs from a script by Virginia Feito, who adapts her 2025 novel of the same name. The supporting cast includes Thomasin McKenzie (Last Night in Soho), Evie Templeton (Wednesday), and Jacobi Jupe (Hamnet).

The dynamic trailer, soundtracked by chugging electric guitars, gives viewers a glimpse at Winifred’s fourth-wall-breaking narration. Filled with screams, blood, and a rich Gothic atmosphere, the clip promises a riotous horror comedy.

After premiering at the Cannes Film Festival, Victorian Psycho hits US theatres September 25th via Bleecker Street, with an autumn release planned for the UK from True Brit Entertainment.
